Riley is caught painting graffiti and is forced by Granddad to take art lessons to scratch his artistic itch. Little does Granddad know that Riley’s strange new art teacher is no ordinary tutor and is fond of painting “murals” himself. Meanwhile, Huey decides to watch “black” television for two straight weeks to determine if doing so negatively affects his health.
